Tube Fender Builders Kit - All Models - Unwelded

For that custom application, or the "hands-on, do-it-yourselfer", these builder kits are the same high-quality pieces used in our bolt-on panel versions. Made from 1.25" o.d. x .120" wall tubing and .188" thick P&O HRS. CNC laser cut and mandrel bent to ensure accuracy and fit. Each piece is cut and/or notched to length, ready to assemble.

Included in this kit is
-2 top tubes
-2 side tubes
-RH & LH brackets to attach to the firewall and grill.
-2 triangular gusset plates that fit between the top tube and bracket for the grill. (Gusset Tube for TJ's)

***The Kit is not welded.  Pictures below are photos of this kit after assembly by the customer.  It can be purchased completely welded.
